Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Artificial intelligence (AI) is the simulation of human intelligence processes by machines, especially computer systems. AI is an interdisciplinary science with multiple approaches. But its advancements in machine learning are creating a paradigm shift in virtually every sector of the tech industry.

The idea of inanimate objects coming to life as intelligent beings have been around for a long time. The ancient Greeks had myths about robots, and Chinese and Egyptian engineers built automatons.

The father of AI, John McCarthy coined the term artificial intelligence. In 1956 he organized a conference “The Dartmouth summer research project on artificial intelligence” to draw the talent and expertise of others interested in machine intelligence for a month of brainstorming.

What actually Narrow AI is?

Narrow AI also known as Weak AI. It is a kind of artificial intelligence that operates within a limited context and is a simulation of human intelligence. It often focuses on performing a single task extremely well. For example only facial recognition or only internet searches or only driving a car.
